I forgot you're a bodybuilder. I used to play football and hockey, so lift like an athlete more. Do you do high volume? I won't go above 6 reps right now. For compounds anyway

Last year I did high weight low volume with a daily undulating periodization, front squats of 180x3x3. This year I'm doing German volume training while I drop body fat so, front squats 85x10x10. I only do compounds but my rep ranges for assistance are 12-25. I was never active until I started lifting four years ago.
