the first case yes, I commented on the sabrina thread because it was related to the TV show, this second one some details are undisclosed but the kid was [heavy stuff ahead] decapitated and had his internal organs removed...plus the poor guy had his penis amputated one year ago. There are some similarities between the two cases.

That is sick. People who do that to another person, especially a child, should receive severe punishment.
