Lots of people here might be familiar with the way occultists weave numbers into their spiritual narratives, as seen in numbers like IXXI, 666, 11, the power of 3,6 and 9 etc etc
Very often, the meanings ascribed to these numbers are in direct opposition to Biblical concepts.
@Awoken2 mentioned to me a little while back that he felt Christian Zionists used Kabbalah in support of their ideas but I think that the numeric picture is actually more complex. It merits examination to decide if the numeric language of the Bible is Kabbalistic or written in gematria. @Axl888 reminded me of something I had looked into a few weeks ago, as did this thread by @SkepticCat :-

I think Biblical gematria behaves more like a checksum in computing - check out the definition and see if you agree...
I am not the first person to have noticed that the plain meaning of the text of the Bible is frequently encoded with numbers, which when interpreted along Biblical lines give rise to the same message in numeric form. In this way, the numeric values act as a checksum that the writers may not have been aware of, but which reflect the inspiration by a greater mind altogether.

“A checksum is the outcome of running an algorithm, called a cryptographic hash function, on a piece of data, usually a single file. Comparing the checksum that you generate from your version of the file, with the one provided by the source of the file, helps ensure that your copy of the file is genuine and error free.”
