Curiously, when Klaus Schwab was talking about a Cyber Pandemic, he never elaborated on how governments would fare in such a grid down scenario and whether or not they would enact their Continuity of gov't protocols OR if some gov'ts would/wouldn't survive the grid down situation. He just emphasized how our way of life would be brought to a complete halt....hospital services, transportation etc.
I guess he just didn't want to spook us any further and left those details to be worked up by the imagination of the audience.

In trying to gauge how much time we have before it all goes to hell....time between Bilderberg planning & execution of the plan...i looked again at their archive in regard to the 1970s meetings. It's common knowledge that the Oil shock of 1973 was masterminded by them and it happened 5 months (October) after the meeting in May.
In this AP clip, the following year at a press conference, Prince Bernhard commented with laughter on how they were quite the little prophets. The 11min AP video is in french but below are stills with english subtitles.

So, with speculation, we probably have 6months to a year before the markets are disrupted and COG protocols are enacted.
