There is a guy, who claims he to be cyborg from 2050, sent back in time by higher civilizations to save the world. He appeared in a TV show, "Dr. Phil".
His sister said that he was a normal and helpful brother, until, out of sudden he started speaking in a robotic voice and acting like a cyborg. He also makes music but does nothing to actually save the world.
At first, I thought it's a good troll or he has a mental illness. But I started suspecting that he may be an MK ultra survivor programmed and brainwashed to act like a robot.
