Hmm...on the other hand -
"Do not make friends with a hot-tempered man, do not associate with one easily angered" (Bible: Proverbs 22:24)
So on balance we should naturally take an interest in what's going on, but shouldn't let it get to us.
I can't remember the last time I was angry about anything..
