A fish making a pattern in the sand does not prove the existence of a God. It just doesn't, you're gonna have to try harder than that.

A fish making a complex geometric shape at the bottom of the ocean for 1000's of years with no one ever seeing it does point to an intelligent Designer. But this is just one sign of millions.
