I have seen these around and they have a weird, disorienting blacklight effect. But it stands to reason the lights have multiple uses for those who have implemented them for public spaces.

People from around the world are descending on downtown Sacramento for something called the Ironman race. Streets are blocked off and a lot of other stuff. The reason why I am mentioning this here is because it is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente. They have been at the forefront of the whole vaccine conspiracy since day one. Now they getting all this free publicity and acting like they are concerned with people's health after pushing poisonous vaccines from the beginning and still are. Will be interesting to see if anyone drops dead since this is very challenging race. And if they do what excuses they will make?
