Incidentally some years ago I whistle-blew about a middle aged male peedo teacher in Leicester (England) who was abusing kids, but the local education authority covered up for him by closing down the school and turning it into a community centre and he got off scot-free.
With hindsight I should have told the police instead, but I trusted the ed authority to deal with him, my mistake.
PS- Some local parents had kids who he'd abused, but they didn't report him in case the investigation and court case might have upset the kids.

Regarding peedo teachers, I've mentioned in VC before that half the teachers at my school were peedos but we couldn't complain to the headmaster because he was their ringleader..
He used to call boys (including me) out to the front of the class for punishment on some trumped-up charge, make them bend over (pants still up) and whack them on the bum a few times with the inside of his clenched fist, Surprisingly it never hurt because he slowed down the swing in the last few inches and it ended in a gentle "nuzzle" rather than a hard whack.
We all regarded him as just an old perv and we never raised a fuss.

People are trying to make excuses but its clear... The man in this video knows EXACTLY what hes engaged in! Look at how the kid exists the stage... she is purely a child, there is nothing grown about her and his response essentially confirms he has been grooming her for years and intends on having sexual relations with her before shes even a teenager.
